We hand pick our staff very carefully with safety, professionalism, rapport and continuity at the heart of what we do. We pride ourselves on our staff/child ratio which exceeds the Ofsted staff ratio recommendations.
We have a very low turnover of staff, further enhancing the family feeling of the nursery. We now have a Paediatric Nurse on site at the nursery with 10 years paediatric nursing experience and a member of the Nursing & Midwifery Council.
We take the security of your child extremely seriously and have OFSTED approved procedures in place with the addition of video com entry phone.
All our staff are fully DBS checked personally by the Little House regardless of whether this has already been done by a previous employer.
Staff are re checked every three years.
Fire drills take place every 6 weeks.
